2.1. The AimBoost license is for personal and non-transferable use. It is strictly prohibited to share your license with friends, other users, or any third party.
2.2. The resale of AimBoost licenses, whether individually or in bundles, is expressly prohibited without our prior written authorization. Violation of this clause will result in the immediate revocation of the license, without the right to a refund.
2.3. It is prohibited to exploit vulnerabilities, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or in any other way attempt to obtain the source code of AimBoost. Any attempt to violate the security or integrity of our software is strictly prohibited.
2.4. The AimBoost software's primary purpose is to emulate an Xbox controller.
3. Game Ban Disclaimer
AimBoost is not responsible for any bans, suspensions, or other penalties applied in games resulting from the use of our application. It is the user's sole responsibility to read and understand the rules and policies of the games in which they intend to use AimBoost. Use of the software is at your own risk.
4. Non-Affiliation
AimBoost is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any other company, including but not limited to game developers or console manufacturers.
5. Refund Policy
